Description: It is a beautiful time of year to be outside, so join us on the west side of town for a morning of hiking and pulling! We will hike cross-country and up a canyon about a mile to arrive at our site. We will be working in the sun, often on rocky slopes. All that attend will receive a very cool Save Our Saguaros sticker.
Meeting Location: Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. We will meet in the breezeway of the Education Annex Building. It takes about half an hour to drive from downtown to the museum. Signs will be posted indicating where to park.

Description: Pull fountain grass in desert stream. We will carpool to a site where there is limited parking. The hike to the site is short but off-trail and somewhat steep. Return to Visitor Center by 1 pm. RSVP required.
Meeting Location: Meet at Visitor Center, 3693 South Old Spanish Trail, at 8 AM.

Description: I am the new VP of Programming for the Epsilon Eta Environmental Pre-Professional Fraternity at the University of Arizona and I would love for my group to get more involved in these events! A couple members who came to the river cleanup day removed buffelgrass with Angel. We are 87 members of undergraduate students that are pursuing an environmental-related career. I am just excited to be able to get a large group of 20 or so students to volunteer

Description: The hike will be short (no more than 3-4 miles round trip), but off-trail and across rough terrain. The last quarter mile is very steep. The worksite is on a steep slope. Take as many breaks as you like to sit and enjoy the grand view in a portion of the Tucson Mountains that's usually inaccessible to the public.
